Jocelyn Kirsch nearing plea deal?

(our web site hit counter does) Like it or not, Drexel celeb Jocelyn Kirsch is back in the news with NBC10.com reporting she is nearing a federal plea agreement in her alleged identity theft scheme.
Defense attorney Ronald Greenblatt tells NBC10 that both Kirsch and boyfriend Edward Anderton will not appear in city court Monday because the case is going federal.
