Judge: Obama can be nominee

A federal judge has denied a Montgomery County lawyer’s attempt to prevent Barack Obama from becoming the Democratic nominee, according to The Philadelphia Daily News and wire reports.
Philip J. Berg, a former PA Deputy Attorney General and Hillary Clinton supporter, filed a temporary restraining order claiming that Obama was not born in the United States and is therefore ineligible to run for President.
Berg runs a web site called ObamaCrimes.com.
On the site Berg lists the following claims against Obama:
1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or
2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

What is going on here! Is it true that Obama was born in Kenya Africa. Is it true that there are no records of his mother giving birth to him at any hospital in Hawaii.
Is it true that his Grandmother, and half-sister have said he was in fact born in Kenya.
Is it true that Republicans have records to prove Obama was born in Kenya.
And is it true that he was registered as a citizen of Indonesia as a Muslim.
Is there any truth to any of this. Where is the major media on this story. Have they investigated this. Has any of the above been proved untrue.
If any of the above is true this is very serious.
What’s up!
It’s true that if we had an original HOSPITAL certificate of birth from Hawaii, Obama would be looking better.
What we have is a photo of a short form certificate from FactCheck, a project of Annenberg Foundation, a sponsor of Obama.
Even if it’s not a forgery, it could be fraudulent - Obama’s mother could have returned to the US just after his birth and claimed her son was born at home.
That’s why I want to see a hospital record, not an excerpt from the birth register.
I think we should all consider the source. This is just another divisive tactic. I like Hillary and what her campaign was all about. But this type of stuff (though I pray not condoned by Hillary), just turns reasonable and sensible people off from politics. People with money and power can say and do whatever they want to hurt or damage people and country. They throw anything and everything into the fan to see if anything sticks. I’m not an Obama fan, but I must say this is absolutely pathetic. I feel sorry for Berg. He really couldn’t possibly think that this man’s validity for the highest office in the land has not already been verified AT THIS POINT? To think that he and the Republican party were holding the world’s biggest secret!? Pretty sad! Very desparate! Hang on America! It’s only going to get worse! They walk amongst us….
regardless of who originated the suit, the facts of the matter need be established. what amazes me is the dead silence from the democratic party and sen obama himself.
if sen obama quickly responded to sen mccain’s inability to account for the number of houses he owns, he better be quick to produce documents necessary to trash this lawsuit.
as a public servant, he should have all these documents in his files.
